The Imperial Centre for Arts and Sciences, a cultural and educational complex, was an abandoned tobacco processing plant before the renovation. The $18 million dollar project features an art gallery, a new 300 seat theatre, a planetarium and an animal habitat center among other cultural and education amenities.
