2rw conducted a physical inventory and developed a capital asset data management system for the Charleston Naval Complex Redevelopment Authority (CNCRA). 2rw provided all labor, equipment and management to appraise, inventory and tag all assets with a value of $5,000 and greater and a useful life of one year or more. The CNCRA used the database to satisfy their GASB 34 compliance requirements.

  • Development of a database containing the identification of all CNCRA assets keyed to their barcode identities
  • Assets ranged from machine shop equipment, dry docks and railroad engines to desks, chairs and personal computers
