Marketing Coordinator
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
To effectively coordinate the marketing, advertising, sales, and promotional activities of 2rw Consultants, Inc. The position will report
to the 2rw Partners and will work with a dynamic team of professionals out of 2rw’s headquarters located in Charlottesville, VA.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate all marketing activities for 2rw’s corporate office and satellite offices.
- Provide strong, effective and highly visible leadership to the Marketing Team in order to capitalize on the full potential of this critical resource. Ensure that all marketing employees
are stimulated, motivated and guided to contribute fully to the realization of 2rw’s mission, vision, goals and objectives.
- Assist in developing, updating and implementing the Marketing Department’s strategic plan, which addresses critical issues in the marketing, communications and proposal submission
areas. The plan will set out objectives for each strategic area of the Marketing Department and outline methods for achieving those objectives.
- Direct and oversee organization of all collateral, proposals
and other files on 2rw’s internal Marketing drive.
- Direct the development of all collateral/proposal material to maintain consistency of branding throughout all segments of 2rw. Collateral may include but not be limited to:
- Corporate tradeshow exhibits
- Corporate brochures
- Project information sheets
- Resumes
- Proposal templates

- Press releases
- Advertising pieces
- Letterhead, envelopes, labels, folders & thank you notes

- Compile data for input into the marketing budget.

- Develop and update the Marketing Division calendar.
- Determine need for personnel and identify skills/disciplines appropriate to needs.
- Coordinate searches for identifying and qualifying for contract proposal opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- We seek someone with an undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communications or an equivalent combination of education, training and expertise desired.
- At least 10 years of supervisory experience
- The individual must be a strong communicator and have excellent written, presentation, oral communications skills, diplomacy and patience.
- The individual must possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and influence others.
- The individual must be able to think creatively and strategically, have excellent judgment and be able to work in a changing environment.
